AMR is back from two of the moving industry’s most influential gatherings that took place in October 2025—the IAM 63rd Annual Conference and PAIMA 41st Convention—bringing home transformative insights, strategic partnerships, and actionable tools to elevate its global mobility services. As a key player in the international moving sector, AMR’s participation in these flagship events underscored its commitment to excellence, innovation, and connecting with the best in the industry. 

IAM (International Association of Movers): A global authority uniting over 2,220 companies across 170+ countries, IAM sets industry standards through training, connecting worldwide partners with financial protection (IAM Trusted certification, real-time business alerts), and country-specific moving guides. It advocates for operational accountability and serves as the collective voice of the global moving community.

PAIMA (The Pan American International Movers Association) was founded in 1984 by 16 owners of major international moving companies. These were business people who saw the need and the opportunity to create an association that would represent companies from the Americas, with selected members in key areas of the world.

During the two conferences, we also participated in Harmony Day, an event organized in New York. Harmony Day serves as a platform to bring members together, strengthen partnerships, and for many attendees, it has become a regular gathering for friends to connect.

Harmony network is made up of family owned companies who are locally rooted and who are all experts in providing moving and relocation services. They value personal, long-term relationships and strive to provide a superior quality of service to their customers. With these, Harmony is able to provide centralized relocation and moving anywhere in the world, with global reach but local expertise.

PAIMA

PAIMA 于 1984 年由 16 家大型国际搬家公司的所有者共同创立。这些企业家洞察到市场需求与机遇，牵头成立了这一协会，旨在代表美洲地区的相关企业，并吸纳全球关键区域的优质成员加入。

在两大会议期间，我们还参与了于纽约举办的 Harmony Day 活动。这一活动为行业成员搭建了相聚平台，既能深化合作关系，对许多参与者而言，更是朋友间定期联络的温馨聚会。
