Like many small and growing companies, we've faced our share of challenges in getting started with sustainability reporting—juggling priorities, building understanding, and gathering the right data. But we believed in the importance of taking responsibility, being transparent, and setting a clear direction for our future. And now, we’ve taken that first step.
This report marks the beginning of our formal sustainability journey. It reflects our values, our progress so far, and our commitment to continuous improvement. We know there’s still much to do, but this is where it starts—with honesty, effort, willingness to grow and many small goals we set up to achieve.
