On April 28th, 2024, we hosted our annual packers training session 1(st) phase for the workers and packers of AMR's major subcontractor. This comprehensive training initiative aimed to enhance the proficiency and dedication of packers to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the moving process.
During the two-hour video training sessions, participants were shown how to identify and address the six major risks and common mistakes that can occur at various stages of the moving journey, from packing and loading to unloading, crating, heavy handling, and final delivery. By focusing on these key areas, our goal was to heighten awareness and emphasize the importance of their daily work, which plays a significant role in every international move.
A noteworthy aspect of the training was the opportunity for participants to observe packers in the videos making common mistakes that they themselves could encounter in their daily tasks. Despite their already high level of skill and expertise, the training provided a platform to further refine techniques and reinforce their commitment to excellence.
We extend our gratitude to the FIDI academy for providing excellent training videos and quizzes. The positive feedback from participants highlights the effectiveness of this training session, and we highly recommend other members to invest in this training secession.
In just one week, packers will receive their FIDI packers’ certificate, a prestigious acknowledgment of their expertise and dedication in their careers. This achievement underscores their commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism in the moving industry.
