打包和装卸培训

周一下午，我们在核心分包打包商的会议室开展了一场为时两小时的专业打包装卸专项培训。

 打包是一线工人每日重复的基础工作，不少从业十余年甚至二十年的老师傅，心里难免生出疑惑：天天都在打包，我们还有必要重新学习标准化操作吗？几乎每位参训人员最初都抱有这样的想法。

而整场培训结束后，所有人都找到了清晰的答案。

 本次培训使用 FIDI Academy 官方配套专业视频教材，视频还原了实操打包过程里大量常见失误、细节漏洞，以及各类容易造成货物损坏的安全隐患。课程同时讲解，不规范的装卸动作、不合理的装箱摆放、流程里不起眼的疏漏，在长时间海运或是长期仓储存放时，都会大幅增加物品磕碰、受潮、损坏的概率。

 工人团队其实都明白打包、装卸工序还有优化提升的余地，但平日作业时难免松懈，心存侥幸，认为偶尔简化几道工序无关紧要。可一旦货物存放数月或是跨洋运输，当初偷工减料省下的步骤，最终都会造成本可以规避的货损。 

 培训所用案例实景视频由海外同行录制，全程为英文讲解，但内容直观易懂，工人们无需过多翻译辅助就能看懂。看到视频里出现和自己日常操作中相似的马虎疏漏时，不少人都不好意思地会心一笑。 

而这正是本次培训的核心意义：我们并非从零教学基础打包手法，而是让大家深刻意识到，每一道操作工序，都牵动着国际搬家全流程的货物安全，缺一不可，只有形成惯性思维，肌肉记忆才会真正的减少货损。

A two-hour specialized training on packing and loading was held in the meeting room of our key packing subcontractor on Monday afternoon.

Packing is the daily routine of frontline workers. Many senior staff with 10 to 20 years of experience questioned the necessity of re-learning standardized operating procedures, and nearly all participants shared this thought at the start.

By the end of the session, everyone found a clear answer.

We adopted official training videos from FIDI Academy as teaching materials. The footage showcased numerous common mistakes, careless oversights and potential damage risks during real packing operations. The training also illustrated that improper handling, illogical container stowage and trivial procedural errors will greatly raise risks of scratches, dampness and breakage when goods undergo long ocean transit or extended warehouse storage.

The packers are fully aware that packing and loading workflows can be improved. However, they tend to slack off at work and take chances, believing skipping a few steps occasionally makes no difference. Once goods are stored for months or shipped overseas, those cut corners will inevitably lead to avoidable cargo damage.

The real-case training videos were filmed by overseas partners with English narration. Thanks to the visual demonstration, the workers could easily follow without extensive translation support. Many smiled sheepishly when they spotted sloppy practices identical to their own daily operations.

This captures the core value of the training: we did not aim to teach basic packing skills from scratch. Instead, we helped the team fully recognize that every single step directly impacts cargo safety throughout the entire international relocation process. Only by turning standard practices into ingrained habits and muscle memory can we effectively lower damage rates.

All participating workers were awarded official training certificates issued by FIDI upon completion.
