FAIM accredited companies are regularly audited by an independent third-party, currently EY, ensuring that all companies adhere to the same high standards. Demonstrating FAIM compliance is a mandatory requirement to become a FIDI Affiliate, and affiliated companies must comply with the FAIM Compliance Procedure at all times in order to maintain FAIM certification.

Utilizing Moveware, a comprehensive CRM for moving, AMR effectively manages the entire moving process, covering pre-move, operational planning, manifesting, moving documentation, step-by-step procedures, worldwide agent communication, and post-move reviews. To streamline the pre-move survey process, AMR employs the Mobi Survey App. This user-friendly tool not only reduces surveying time but also enhances data accuracy. The application facilitates a more professional moving estimate by allowing surveyors to generate on-site estimate sheets with specific details. These estimates can be easily shared via email, airdrop, and other communication channels such as WeChat and WhatsApp. AMR always steps out first enthusiastically to utilize new emerging technology. Digital packing list is the one we recently started to use (in March 2022).

Since 2019, AMR staff have been equipped with remote work capabilities and infrastructure, enabling them to work from home and stay closely connected to each moving file, ensuring a powerful response during the COVID period with no customer feeling that their moving file was neglected.
